Nicole Rodewolt "Nikki"

Nicole is the proud owner of Nikki B’s Salon and has practically grown up behind the chair. She started working in a salon at just 15 years old and began her career as a stylist through an apprenticeship at 17. Seventeen years later, she still loves this industry and the people it has brought into her life just as much as she did when she started.

Outside the salon, Nicole is happily married, a mama of three, and the keeper of a funny farm full of animals.

If she’s heard it once, she’s heard it a hundred times: “This place feels like Steel Magnolias.” And to Nicole, there couldn’t be a better compliment.

That’s exactly what she wants Nikki B’s to be, a comfortable, inviting, come-as-you-are kind of place. Stop in, grab a cup of coffee, sit awhile, and leave feeling a little better than when you came in.

Nikki B’s is truly Nicole’s happy place, and one of her greatest joys is getting to share it with the community she loves. 

Master Cosmetologist

Kirstie Rodewolt

Kirstie Rodewolt has been part of Nikki B’s from the very beginning. While earning her general business degree and minor in management, she decided to follow her love for cosmetology and began apprenticing at Nikki B’s in 2021. She quickly found her place behind the chair and has continued to grow a loyal clientele and business of her own.

Kirstie is married to her high school sweetheart, and a proud mama to a beautiful baby boy, Ace. 

She brings such a light to Nikki B’s. Kind, genuine, hardworking, and always ready to make you feel right at home. We truly can’t imagine Nikki B’s without her.

Salon Manager

Laura Lee Clifton

Laura Lee has been part of the Nikki B’s family since 2023. She proudly holds the title of Salon Manager, which means she keeps everyone in line.

From sweeping floors to organizing the back room, greeting clients, and keeping the salon running smoothly, Laura Lee’s list of jobs goes on and on. She is always ready to lend a helping hand wherever she’s needed and has become such an important part of the heart of Nikki B’s.

Cosmetology Apprentice 

Morgan Craft

Morgan Craft has been a Master Cosmetologist in Training at Nikki B’s since August 2025, working toward earning her Master Cosmetology license. With her natural talent and eye for all things hair, Morgan has already begun building a strong and loyal clientele. She loves staying up to date on the latest styles and trends, always bringing fresh ideas and inspiration behind the chair.

Morgan is the definition of a girl’s girl. She has a way of making everyone who sits in her chair feel special, beautiful, and confident. Morgan brings so much joy and positive energy to Nikki B’s. We can’t wait to watch her continue to grow behind the chair.
